Getting East Sussex Moving

East Sussex young carers get active!

You are amazing! We want you to stay that way. Keeping physically active is great for you and your mental health, helping you to carry on caring.

That's the message from the Getting East Sussex Moving campaign. Our young carers have been looking at how they can be more active in their day to day lives to improve their wellbeing.

#GettingEastSussexMoving is a public health campaign that aims to encourage people in East Sussex to be more active.
