Imago Young Carers in East Sussex
We are delighted to share that we have been awarded a three-year contract by East Sussex County Council to support children and young people who are young carers in East Sussex.
Through this service, we will identify young carers aged 5-18 and provide them with the guidance and resources they need to manage their caring responsibilities while reaching their full potential.
Our support for young carers includes workshops, 1-1 support, respite activities, information and guidance, and peer support groups.
Our dedicated team is excited to continue to work with young carers in East Sussex, ensuring they get support they need to manage their caring role and to thrive.
