Support to boost your confidence, meet new people and feel better connected to your community.
Many of us feel lonely or isolated from time to time which can have a negative impact on your general wellbeing and mental health. Through our befriending and social activities services, we can help you connect with new people and grow your confidence.
The activities have been most enjoyable and extremely interesting to learn from. They have given me the chance to renew my social skills with people, which I had lost and didn't think I had the chance to get back due to my mental health.
