As energy costs rise, more and more people are finding it difficult to manage their household energy costs.
If you are registered with one of our services, our team can provide information and advice to help work out where you could reduce your energy use and make savings.
What support will I receive?
If you are a vulnerable adult and finding it difficult to meet your energy costs our team can provide important information, advice and support, including:
- initial telephone conversations
- home visits to understand your personal situation
- demonstration of equipment and ideas to help with energy efficiency and reducing your bills
- help with applying for grants, benefits and other support
- assistance to join the priority services register so your supplier gives you advance warning of power cuts. You can also nominate someone else to deal with your energy company, have regular meter readings and receive bills in a way that is best for you.
