Supporting children and young people to improve their mental health and emotional wellbeing is at the heart of our services.
We provide a safe space to talk, access to helpful resources, and activities that build resilience and confidence, helping young people feel supported and empowered.
Our services include:
- Children’s Mental Health Social Prescribing in GP surgeries
- YANA (You Are Not Alone) programmes in schools
- Emotional wellbeing support for young carers

My son found You Are Not Alone a fantastic service. It really helped him to understand himself and that he truly was not the only person who felt the way he did. I have never known him talk so freely to anyone. I really feel that he has benefitted from these sessions.
