The forum runs monthly on the last Tuesday of the month for six months, and then frequency will be reviewed. The group is open to:

- Carers as defined by the Care Act, ‘an adult who provides or intends to provide care for another adult (an “adult needing care”)’;
- Young Carers are included and welcome to join the Carer’s Forum;
