With less than 100 days until the London Marathon 2023, our runner is in full training mode!

On the last draw of the Ashford Community Lottery for the year, Mr S, our supporter from Ashford, won £25!

Almost 130 school students, aged 13 to 16-years-old, joined mental health providers for the event at the County Showground in Detling, Kent.

In their 9th year, the Toy Appeal run by Dartford Deeds Not Words has collected and distributed over 2,000 gifts.

We were delighted to have been in touch with The Lord Mayor of Canterbury's Christmas Gift Fund team to discuss our work and find out they were able to help some of our families. 

On Monday the 19th December at 9:45 - 10:55 on  West Kent Radio  Peta, our Long Covid Self-Management Coordinator, made her debut behind the microphone!

IAC funded a festive workshop for a group of Kent Young Carers from the Ashford area. 

Thanks to KMFM listeners and Bargain Hunter UK Deals Young Carers across Kent have been donated some lovely gifts this Christmas.
